Dalphine Francis, the visionary behind Daldaroc Training Academy, is an accomplished leader with a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Destiny College International. She is a certified trainer and assessor (TETA qualified) with extensive experience in leadership development, adult education, and corporate training. Her expertise spans multiple areas, including Project Management (NQF4), Training and Facilitation, Business English, and Online Learning Methodologies.
As a TEFL-certified educator, she also holds a Qualifi Level 5 Diploma in English TEFL and certifications in Teaching Young Learners and Business English. Beyond training and education, Dalphine has a deep passion for branding and corporate gifting. She believes that a well-thought-out gift can leave a lasting impression and strengthen professional relationships.
